Autism Talk, Election Day Ahead This Week

Good morning everyone. A new week is almost here, so let's take a look at what's happening over the next few days.

• Upper Macungie Supervisors meet Thursday at 7 p.m. at the township building. On the agenda: preliminary approval on the 2014 budget.
• Tuesday is election day. Polls are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.
• Learn about autism Thursday at the Parkland Community Library with a program by KidsPeace's Robert Harvey. RSVPs are requested.
• Wounded Warrior and retired Marine Lt. Denis Oliverio will speak to Parkland High School history students Friday for a Veterans Day program. Following his lecture,David Jaindl, owner of Jaindl LLC, will give a $50,000 contribution to the Wounded Warrior Project.
