Brenda DeRenzo Named Principal of Fogelsville Elementary School
She had served as the school's interim principal last year.

The Parkland School Board named Brenda DeRenzo the to prinicipal's post at Fogelsville Elementary School during Tuesday night's meeting.
For the last year, she served as the school's interim principal.
Previously, DeRenzo held the position of Elementary Special Education Coordinator in the district since 2006.

“Ms. DeRenzo is a strong leader who possesses highly effective communication and interpersonal skills. Her strong leadership skills coupled with her special education background and her natural ability to strive for excellence in all she does will make her a wonderful asset to the Fogelsville community,” said Parkland Superintendent Louise Donohue.
DeRenzo is a graduate of Bloomsburg University with a Bachelor of Science degree in communication disorders and Master’s Degree in Speech and Language Pathology.

She completed her principal internship within the Pottstown School District in 2004 and received her principal certificate by completing a program at Penn State.
