Give From the Heart For Dog Park
Money is being raised to install an outdoor pet/people drinking fountain at the dog park, located at Route 100 and Hassadahl Road.
A thermometer placed at the Upper Macungie Dog Park, located at the Route 100 park, has helped increase donations.
The Upper Macungie Recreation Department recently announced that donations increased by $735 since the thermometer sign went up.
Donations, as of a few weeks ago, totaled $1,215.
The goal of $4,000 will help place an outdoor pet/people drinking fountain at the dog park.
