Driver Cited After Three-Car Crash, Police Say
No one hurt in three-vehicle collision at Independent Road and Hamilton Boulevard.
Upper Macungie police say no one was hurt Monday afternoon in a three-car crash on Hamilton Boulevard.
According to police, the crash happened when driver Craig Wade, 38, was crossing Hamilton from Farmington Road and was hit by a car driven by George Treagar, 39 who was driving on Hamilton.
Police say both cars then collided with a third vehicle, driven by 25-year-old Daniel Winkler, who was stopped at a stop sign on Independent Road. All three vehicles were towed by Getz Towing. Police say Wade will be cited for proceeding without clearance after a stop.
