Freezing Temperatures Expected Tonight
Subfreezing temperatures are highly likely overnight in Northampton County, according to the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service has issued a Freeze Warning in Lehigh County from midnight tonight to 8 a.m. Tuesday.
Temperatures will drop to the 30s overnight, according to NWS. A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are also highly likely.

Due to an unusually warm winter and early spring, trees and flowers have already bloomed, and if the freeze occurs, plants could die.

- Bring potted plants indoors.
- Water thoroughly to prevent dessication.
- Place mulch around inground plants, or use stray ot newspapers.
- Cover tender plants with burlap or cardboard overnight.
