Macungie Man Charged With Lewd Behavior in Upper Mac McDonald's

The Lehigh County District Attorney’s office said Friday that a Macungie man was charged by for looking at obscene material Jan. 30 at a McDonald’s restaurant in Upper Macungie Township.
A press release from the Lehigh County D.A’s office said James H. Kleber, 53, of 7400 Juniper Circle in Macungie was charged Friday in connection with the Jan. 30 incident.
Police said they responded to a report that Kleber was looking at pornographic material on a laptop computer inside the playland area of the McDonald’s restaurant at 6896 Hamilton Blvd. in Upper Macungie Township at approximately 4:30 p.m.

Police said Kleber’s computer was subsequently investigated and found with embedded e-mails containing pornographic images of women.
Police said a subsequent investigation revealed two adults and a four-year-old child saw the images on the computer inside while the restaurant.

Kleber is charged with one count of possessing obscene or other sexual material, a first-degree misdemeanor and one count of disorderly conduct.
He was arraigned and released on $5,000 unsecured bail. He will appear before for a preliminary hearing June 27.
