Man Strolls Naked at Lone Lane Park, Police Say
Upper Macungie Police say Larry Rutman, 66, of Allentown was cited for walking naked early Wednesday in Lone Lane Park.
Upper Macungie Police say they cited an Allentown man with disorderly conduct for walking naked in Lone Lane Park.
Police said the incident took place at 2:30 a.m. Wednesday, when police spotted Larry Rutman, 66, walking through the park nude.
Police said a citation was filed at the office of District Judge Michael Faulkner.Â
