May Hearing for Breinigsville Woman in 'Ride for Adam' Case
The preliminary hearing for Charmaine Lynn McKelvey, of Breinigsville, who is charged with stealing from the 'Ride for Adam,' which raises money for a foundation for treatment and research of Niemann-Pick Type C disease, is now set for May 15

A preliminary hearing has been rescheduled for Charmaine Lynn McKelvey of Breinigsville, who has been charged with theft and other offenses for allegedly stealing $23,580 from the according to the Lehigh County District Attorney's Office.
The hearing is slated for 10 a.m. May 15 in Central Court at the Lehigh County Courthouse.
McKelvey, 43, of 8657 Breinigsville Road is charged with theft by unlawful taking or disposition, receiving stolen property and theft by failure to make required disposition of funds -- all third-degree felonies, according to the DA's office.
The suspect is being held at Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $50,000 bail, according to online court records.
