New Tripoli Man Arrested Following Wawa Scuffle
Berks-Lehigh Regional Police charge Michael Segeda, 59, with harassment.

arrested a New Tripoli man March 12 following a scuffle with another man at the at Schantz Rd. and Route 100 in Upper Macungie Township.
Michael Segeda, 59, of New Tripoli was arrested for harassment after police said officers responded to a disturbance call at the convenience store.
Segada was issued a non-traffic citation and will appear before for that citation.

-- Police said Thomas Dougherty, 50, of Allentown was arrested March 13 charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. Police stopped Dougherty's vehicle for a speeding violation at the intersection of Champans and Memorial roads in Upper Macungie Township and found him showings signs of impairment.
Police said Dougherty was given a sobriety test and booked on the DUI charge. He will appear before District Judge Charles Crawford.

-- Police said 34-year-old Loyda Acevedo-Colon of Reading was arrested on March 12 on a DUI charge. Officers stopped Acevedo-Colon’s vehicle for probable cause at the intersection of Hamilton and Schantz roads in Upper Macungie Township.
Police said Acevedo-Colon failed a sobriety test and was charged with DUI. He will appear before District Judge Charles Crawford.
