Pair Littered at Apple Pond Park, Police Say
Vincent Confalone of Allentown and Jeremy Hachey of Fogelsville were charged with scattering glass bottles and chairs at Apple Pond Park.
Upper Macungie Police said two men have been charged with scattering litter at Apple Pond Park on Packhouse Road in Fogelsville.
Police said Vincent Confalone of Allentown and Jeremy Hachey of Fogelsville fled Apple Pond Park when officers found them in the park.
Police caught up with the pair a short time later and charged them with the littering offenses.
