Parkland Crowns Three Regional Wrestling Champs Saturday Night
Ethan Lizak, Justin Heller and Tarik Haddad win gold medals.
Three Parkland wrestlers won gold medals Saturday night in the PIAA 3A Northeast Regionals at Freedom High School.Â
Ethan Lizak (103 pounds), Justin Heller (145 pounds) and Tarik Haddad (215 pounds) were crowned champions and will move on to the PIAA championships with high seeds.
District 11 champion Mike Ottinger (160 pounds) was defeated by Ryan Krecker of Nazareth, but will still move on to the PIAA tourney.
