Parkland's Kindergarten Registrations Begin Tuesday
Registration dates differ for each of the eight elementary schools.
Kindergarten registrations for the 2011-2012 school year begin Tuesday, March 1, in the Parkland School District.
To be eligible, a child must be age 5 by Oct. 1, 2011.
The schedule for the district's eight elementary schools follows:
* Tuesday, March 1, Kratzer (610-351-5820)
* Wednesday, March 2, Kernsville (610-351-5840)
* Thursday, March 3, Parkway Manor (610-351-5850)
* Friday, March 4, Fred J. Jaindl (610-351-5880)
* Monday, March 7, Ironton (610-351-5810)
* Tuesday, March 8, Schnecksville (610-351-5830)
* Wednesday, March 9, Fogelsville (610-351-5500)
* Thursday, March 10, Cetronia (610-351-5860)
Parents are urged to schedule an appointment at the schools to allow for a smoother process.
Parents are asked to fill out pre-registration forms, as well as provide immunizations records and two forms of verification that they live in the district, such as a driver's license or utility bill.
