PennDOT Road Work This Week
PennDOT has several Lehigh County road projects starting Oct. 17.

Upper Macungie
- Road: Adams Road between Main Street and Schantz Road
- Type of Work: Milling
- Restriction: Lane restriction with flagging.
- Start Date: Oct. 17 to Oct. 21
- Road: PA 100 between Interstate 78 and Schantz Road
- Type of Work: Crack Sealing
- Restriction: Mobile operation with lane restriction flagging. Watch for stopped vehicles and use caution when traveling through work area.
- Date: Oct. 21
Macungie
- Road: PA 100 North between Astor Road and Spring Creek Road
- Type of Work: Bridge Repair
- Restriction: Nighttime: PA 100 North will be closed and detoured due to the removal of bridge beams on the PA 100 bridge. This is part of the ongoing PA 100/Trexlertown Road Bridge Project. Detour utilizes Quarry Lane, Alburtis Road, Spring Creek Road and PA 100.
- Start Date: Oct. 18 to Oct. 19
South Whitehall Township
- Road: PA 309 between Crackersport Road and Kernsville Road
- Type of Work: Crack Sealing
- Restriction: Mobile Operation with lane restriction and flagging. Watch for stopped vehicles and use caution when traveling through work area.
- Date: Oct. 21
