Philly Woman Charged With Prescription Forgery

charged a 26-year-old Philadelphia woman with prescription forgery June 17 after she attempted to obtain drugs using the forged slip.

Kathryn Frey, 26, of Philadelphia was charged and arraigned at Lehigh County Booking after presenting the forged prescription slip to the at 5801 Tilghman Street in Upper Macungie Township.

Police had no further information on the case's disposition.

Police said Zachary Wallace, 26, was charged and arraigned at Lehigh County Central Booking and freed on $10,000 unsecured bail.
