Planners OK Goddard School Land Submission Specs

The Upper Macungie Planning Commission recently approved the land development plans of The Goddard School, an early childhood and preschool learning center.
The school has plans to open a location at 8236 Hamilton Blvd. in Breinigsville.
According to township records, the company plans to develop a 1.9482-acre parcel. The proposed child-care facility would be a 13,219-square-foot building with 52 parking spaces.

The property is in a medium low density residential zoned area. A child-care facility is a permitted use in the area, provided that it is served by an arterial road, which in this instance, it is.
The Upper Macungie Board of Supervisors will review the Goddard School development plan at its Sept. 5 meeting.
