Police Seek Dog Owner, Vaccination Records
An Upper Macungie resident was bitten by a German Shepherd at Upper Macungie Park.
are seeking help locating the owner of a German Shepherd dog that bit an Upper Macungie resident earlier today at approximately 10 a.m. at .
Police say the resident advised that there were two German Shepherds together, and believes the owner may have been nearby.
Vaccination records are needed now by police.
