Police Target Aggressive Drivers

Upper Macungie Police will be on the lookout for speeders, tailgaters and drivers running red lights.

Upper Macungie Police said it's targeting aggressive drivers throughout the township as part of aggressive-driving enforcement activities.

The aggressive-driving enforcement is part of a statewide initiative that began last month.

The traffic enforcement activities began on Monday and will continue through April 23 on roadways throughout Upper Macungie Township, police said.

Police said the enforcement program will target motorists exhibiting aggressive-driving behaviors such as running red lights, speeding and tailgating.
