Station 56 Open House Tuesday

Upper Macungie Station 56 will hold an open house on Tuesday, Oct. 9 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the station, located at 6510 Schantz Road.

Upper Macungie Fire Marshal Sam Ashmar said the open house will give the community the opportunity to meet local volunteer firefighters, see fire equipment up close and most important, learn lessons on fire prevention.

Live demonstrations will be held and refreshments will be available.
