Upper Macungie Police said an unknown person stole topsoil and dumped garbage from an undeveloped lot on Schantz Road in Breinigsville.
Upper Macungie Police say they are investigating where someone stole topsoil and dumped garbage at an undeveloped lot on Schantz Road, near Twin Ponds Road in Breinigsville.
Police say they do not know when the incident took place.
The incident was reported late last week.
