Tires and Wheels Stolen From Motel Guest's Car
Guest at Hampton Inn reports finding his tires and wheels missing Friday morning.
Upper Macungie police say a guest at a township motel had an unpleasant surprise during his visit: Someone stole all four wheels and tires from his car.
According to police, the theft happened sometime between 1 a.m. and 7 a.m. Friday, with someone taking the wheels and tires from the black 2013 Lincoln while it was parked at the Hampton Inn on Keebler Way.
Police say the body of the car was damaged during the theft. The total loss and damage was estimated at $2,500.
