Tuesday in Upper Mac: National Night Out, Dance Music Arts Camp

Tuesday, Aug. 6 in Upper Macungie Township is expected to feature a high of 79 degrees with showers and thunderstorms likely, according to the National Weather Service forecast.
Here is what's going on Tuesday in and around Upper Macungie Township:
- The Upper Macungie Police Department hosts its first National Night Out at Lone Lane Park from 5 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. Previously, the now-defunct Berks-Lehigh Regional Police Department hosted the event. National Night Out is nationwide annual event designed to raise awareness, develop local police partnerships with the community and strengthen neighborhood spirit and unity. - Story Time and Crafts is scheduled for the Parkland Community Library Tuesday at 10 a.m. No registration is required. Call 610-398-1361 for details.
- A Drama Dance Music Arts Camp for ages kindergarten through 12th grade will be held at 9 a.m. Tuesday at Ziegels Union Church, located at 9990 Ziegels Church Road, Breinigsville.
- The Terry Hill Water Park, located at 10000 Hamilton Blvd. in Breinigsville, is open for swimming Tuesday from noon to 6 p.m.
