Used Book Sale Under Way, Benefits Parkland Community Library
The sale will continue through Aug. 6
Through Saturday, you can load up on books, CDs and cassettes galore at the annual used book sale hosted by Friends of Parkland Community Library at the Lehigh Career & Technical Center.
Books run the gamut, from cookbooks to biographies to children's stories, in hardback and paperback. There are also magazines, collectibles and music.
Proceeds go to Friends of , which in turn supports children's programming at the library and thefor a new facility in Upper Macungie.

The library serves residents of South Whitehall, Upper Macungie and North Whitehall townships, and a portion of Allentown that is part of the Parkland School District.
The general sale continues thorough Saturday, Aug. 6, at Lehigh Career & Technical Institute, 4500 Education Park Drive,
Schnecksville. Sale hours are weekdays from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.; and on Saturday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Cost: Admission is free. Half-price sale is Friday, Aug. 5; and the $5 bag sale is Saturday, Aug. 6
