Varvara Lepchenko Falls in U.S. Open's Mixed Doubles

Upper Macungie's and her mixed doubles partner Donald Young lost their mixed doubles match Sunday at the U.S. Open in New York, according to a report in The Morning Call.

The report said the pair lost the match by the score of 6-2, 4-6, 1-0 (7-10) in a tiebreaker.

The report said Lepchenko plans to play three more tournaments this year -- in Seoul, Korea; in Beijing, China; and in Moscow, Russia.
