Wheat Maze, Hay Ride Tours at Grim's Greenhouse Spring Festival

Grim's Greenhouse is taking the popular "fall festival" concept and putting a spring spin on it with lots of fun outdoor activities in Breinigsville through May and June.

The 80-acre farm's seasonal celebration includes:

• wheat maze
• scavenger hunt
• hay ride tours
• petting zoo
• play corral and sand pit

See the orchard's apple trees in bloom until early May.

The greenhouses are bursting with spring bedding plants, flowers and vegetable plants to get your garden growing.

The kitchen will be open weekends offering hot dogs, pulled pork sandwiches, sausage sandwiches, nachos, fresh cut french fries and more.

The bakery will be adding strawberry pies to the menu, which already includes apple pie, apple dumplings, and apple cider donuts. New for spring: strawberry donuts and maple bacon donuts.

Some activities are available every day 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through June 30. Complete activities are available on weekends. Check the Grim's Greenhouse website for details and admission fees.
