Paul Mindler III, 33, of is charged with a second New Year's Day assault and robbery following reports that he attacked a man in his driveway and took his wallet. This follows Mindler's arrest for allegedly
The alleged victim walked into the police station in the late afternoon on New Year's Day to report the incident. According to the criminal complaint filed by Upper Saucon Township police, the man claimed Mindler attacked him after dropping off Mindler's girlfriend at Mindler's residence.
The man told police that as he was pulling out of the driveway, an ATV pulled in front of the car, forcing it to stop. The driver of the ATV, later identified as Mindler, "jumped off the ATV with a rifle slung around his chest."

The complaint goes on to say that Mindler demanded to know what happened between the man and Mindler's girlfriend before punching and slapping the man in the face. Mindler then told the man to give up his wallet before ordering him to “get the f**k out of here.” The man claims that as he drove off, Mindler swung the rifle "like a baseball bat" and damaged the rear driver's side of his car.
When police searched Mindler's home, they found the man's wallet behind a vanity mirror.

Mindler, who was already in jail for the alleged assault on his father, was re-arrested on the additional charges.
