Celebrate Peruvian Independence at Pacifico Restaurant
A Peruvian independence celebration will be held Saturday from 8:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. at Pacifico Tapas Bar and Restaurant in the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley.

The Peruvian Cultural Association of the Lehigh Valley will host its sixth annual Peruvian Independence Day Celebration on Saturday, July 20 from 8:30 p.m. to 2 a.m. at Pacifico Tapas Bar and Restaurant in the Promenade Shops at Saucon Valley, according to a news release.
"The Independence Day Celebration is the Association’s annual signature event that showcases and celebrates Peruvian heritage by way of its exquisite cuisine, music and joyful dances," the release said. "This year the Association will be commemorating Peru’s 193rd year of independence from Spain. To celebrate, the evening will include live entertainment and music. Peruvian-inspired food and drinks will also be served throughout the evening."
The Peruvian Cultural Association is a non-profit organization located in Allentown whose purpose is to promote awareness and appreciation of Peruvian culture.
