James Shelly Killed in Farm Accident

A coroner's report states that James Howard Shelly, 78, was killed after he was run over by a tractor.

WFMZ is reporting that Lower Milford resident James Howard Shelly, 78, was killed when a farm tractor he was working on ran him over.

The report states that the accident occurred at about 12:30 p.m. Saturday at 6147 West Mill Hill Road. The coroner rulled it an accident.

At one time, Shelly had been a member of the Lower Milford's Zoning Hearing Board.
