Profession/Work Experience: Drywall Finisher/Contractor

Have you ever held and elected position before: 15 years on the Southern Lehigh School Board

How long have you held this position: 16^th year

What committees have you served on: Policy, Facilities, Building, Negotiations, Act 93; I represent our board on the Joint Operating Committee at Lehigh Career and Technical Institute. I co-chair the Personnel and Salary Committee at LCTI and I am a member of the Business and Finance Committee at LCTI. I am on the Negotiating Committee at LCTI. At Southern Lehigh I have served on many ad-hoc committees to select superintendents and administrators.

Why are you running for your position: Our school district is a reflection of our community. It represents, collectively, what we value and what we aspire to become through the success of our children and grandchildren. I would like to continue to be part of the process of making our school district a better place to go to school….a place that reflects what is best about our Southern Lehigh community.

What would you most like to accomplish if elected: n/a

Anything else voters need to know about you: Our three daughters graduated from Southern Lehigh and went on to be successful at the colleges of their choice. Our granddaughter went to Liberty Bell Spanish Immersion until she moved last year.
