Nockamixon Double Murder Victims Identified
Stephanie Hill, 36, and Frederick Tarantino, 43, were killed in an early morning double homicide in Nockamixon Township; police confirm suspect in custody

Police have now identified the vicitims in an early morning double homicide in Nockamixon Township and have confirmed that an unidentified suspect is in custody.
According to a press release from the Pennsylvania State Police, Stephanie Hill, 36, and Frederick Tarantino, 43, were found at the Schoolhouse Apartments on Easton Road (Route 611) early this morning.
Tarantino was found outside the apartment building. Bucks County deputy coroner Richard Kuntz gave the preliminary cause of death as blunt force trauma and ruled the death a homicide.

Hill was found inside the apartment with "life-threatening injuries." She was taken to St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill, where she later died of her injuries. Lehigh County Coroner Scott Grim gave the preliminary cause of death as "multiple stab wounds" and ruled the death a homicide. Autopsies on both vidtims are scheduled for Saturday.
According to the release, "Troopers located a suspect driving his vehicle on [Route 412] about a mile north of Palisades Middle School. This suspect was taken into custody without incident and is currently in police custody. There are no additional persons being sought in this investigation."
