Quakertown Man Pleads Guilty to Upper Saucon Sexual Assault
Keith Ruppel II, 19, admits to rape, faces up to 10 years in prison

Quakertown resident Keith Ruppel II, 19, pled guilty in court November 10 to sexually assaulting an unconscious woman.
According to the , an underage female was attending a party at the home of Ruppel’s father, who was away on vacation. At the party, the female admitted to drinking alcohol and passing out on a bed next to a friend. When she woke up, a man identified later as Ruppel was sexually assaulting her, the complaint said.
When brought in for questioning, Ruppel admitted to hosting the party at his father’s home while his father was away. He also admitted to having sex with the female without her consent, the complaint said.

Ruppel was charged with rape of an unconscious victim, sexual assault, indecent assault without consent, and indecent assault with an unaware victim.
According to a Morning Call article, may face up to 10 years in prison.
