So. Lehigh Residents Named to U. of Scranton Dean's List

Michael Ambrose of Coopersburg and Christina Rossi of Center Valley were named to the Scranton university's spring 2013 dean's list.

Two Southern Lehigh area residents have been named to the University of Scranton's spring 2013 dean's list, the school recently announced:

  • Michael Ambrose of Coopersburg is a sophomore with a biology major in Scranton's College of Arts and Sciences
  • Christina Rossi of Center Valley is a senior with a middle level teacher education major in Scranton's Panuska College of Professional Studies

Rossi earned a Bachelor of Science degree in middle level teacher education from U. of Scranton in commencement exercises held May 26 at Mohegan Sun Arena, the school also announced.

A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours to make the Dean's List at the University of Scranton. The list includes students from the Jesuit university's College of Arts and Sciences, the Kania School of Management, the Panuska College of Professional Studies and the College of Graduate and Continuing Education.
