SoLeHi 2010 Earned Income Tax to be Processed by New Agency

From Southern Lehigh School District:

"The Southern Lehigh School District, along with the Borough of Coopersburg, Lower Milford Township, and Upper Saucon Township has appointed Berkheimer Associates as the Earned Income Tax (EIT) and Local Services Tax (LST) collector, effective January 1, 2011. 

The Southern Lehigh EIT Office will not process or collect the 2010 Earned Income Tax returns.  Residents will file their 2010 Earned Income Tax return with Berkheimer Associates.  Berkheimer Associates will mail 2010 tax returns to residents, and can be contacted at 50 N. 7th St, Bangor, PA 18013, 800-360-8989 (phone), www.hab-inc.com (website), for tax forms or other information. 

The Southern Lehigh Tax Office will remain open after January 1, 2011 only to process claims and to collect delinquent taxes."
