Three Injured, Including Roadside Pedestrian in I-78 Crash
Crash on I-78 shut down westbound traffic as emergency crews responded to the scene.

A crash that closed I-78 for an hour sent three people to the hospital Wednesday afternoon.Â
Acording to recent reports, the pedestrian- identified as Ronald L. Dobisesky Jr., 46, of Leesport- was standing on the side of the road next to his stopped car speaking with a driver pulled to the side, possibly to assist.Â
Three additional cars slowed down, setting off a domino of crashes. Dobisesky was identified as seriously injured as well as two other drivers.Â
