Due to impending storms, Zydeco-A-Go-Go is a no-go

The concert scheduled for this evening at Upper Saucon Township Community Park has been cancelled due to impending storms.

The concert tonight, featuring Zydeco-A-Go-Go, will be rescheduled for August 4th.

Zydeco-A-Go-Go, specializes in Zydeco, Cajun, classic New Orleans rhythm & blues and vintage Louisiana rock 'n' roll. Their motto is: “Laissez Les Bon Temps Rouler!” or “Let the Good Times Roll!”

Joyous returns on Thursday, July 7, playing a variety of music ranging from 1940s big band to today's hits. The band's melodies are sure to satisfy all generations, so come out and hear the sounds of performers like Santana, Earth Wind & Fire, the Doobie Brothers, Miles Davis, Frank Sinatra and Lionel Richie.

The final concert of this year’s series will be on Thursday, Aug. 11. Singer/songwriter Scott McKenna will return to the Lehigh Valley to perform his first-ever show at the Summer Concert Series. Using an array of pedals, effects and crowd interaction, McKenna has toured around the nation playing more than 750 shows, and has released four full-length albums. McKenna will be performing with electric violinist Nyke Van Wyk.
