Upper Saucon Township Hosts Electronics Recycling This Weekend
Township cleanup day accepts everything from air conditioners to VCRs.

This Saturday, haul all your unwanted electronics, small appliances and "waste items" to the and have them recycled.
From 8:30am to 1pm, township officials will accept the following items free:
- Telephones / Cell Phones Keyboards
- Mice (the computer kind)
- Cables & Cords
- Stereos & Speakers
- Printers / Fax Machines  Â
- Small Appliances Â
- DVD Players, VCRs, Microwaves
- Compact Fluorescent Light Bulbs (CFLs)
- Rechargeable Batteries
- Cell Phones
For a fee, the township will also recycle the following items:

- Desktop/Laptop Computers ($2 fee)
- LCD Monitors ($2 fee)
- Hard Drive Destruct. w/cert ($7 fee)
- Alkaline & Lead Acid Batteries ($1 / lb)
- Lithium Batteries ($4 / lb)
- Non PCB Ballast (30 cents / lb)
- Computer Monitors ($7 fee)
- Dehumidifiers ($20 fee)
- Floor Copiers ($5 fee)
- Washers & Dryers ($15 fee)
The township's also has a compost area as well as paper recycling.
