Summary: According to the criminal complaint, Guerrero and an accomplice, Angelo Rene Ruben (who has already been charged) were observed taking scrap metal from a private property on Limeport Pike. The witness had recorded the vehicle registration, which was registered to Ruben, who then named Guerrero as the second man.

Charge:

1. Theft by unlawful taking or disposition.

 

Name: Patrick Ryan Sweeney

Summary: An Upper Saucon police officer that is also assigned to the Lehigh County Drug Task Force entered a home at the request of the defendant. In the home, the officer found, according to the affidavit, “green vegetable matter accompanied with a cigar blunt in plain view.” The green matter tested positive in the field for marijuana.

Charge:

1.     Possession of a controlled substance

2.     Possession of drug paraphernalia

Location of incident: Turnpike 476 southbound

Summary: According to the affidavit, Adams failed to observe the car in front of him slowing down for traffic, swerved around the vehicle, and then attempted to swerve in front of the vehicle. Adams hit the front right wheel of the vehicle, hit the concrete barrier, and continued down the road six miles. State police found Adams at milepost 42, where he claimed to not know he had been in an accident.

1.     Accidents involving damage to attended vehicle or property

2.     Turning Movements and required signals

3.     Careless driving

 

 

Name: Krista Buster

Location of incident: Upper Saucon

Summary: Upper Saucon Police arrived at the residence of Richard Hamm Sr. Richard Hamm II, and Buster. They found Buster in possession of a 3” silver folding knife. Buster admitted that during a fight between Hamm Sr. and Hamm II, she pulled the knife on Hamm Sr., ordering him off her boyfriend, Hamm II. Hamm Sr. reported that Buster tried to stab him, so he obtained a large kitchen knife and chased her inside the residence.

1. Reckless endangerment

Name: Kirsten Anne Jensen

Summary: erratic driver travelling in a white Honda civic. Proceeded to look for vehicle, but then advised vehicle crashed at mile marker 66 on I-78. Witness on the phone was following the Jensen and related to police driver had crashed at Camp Meeting Rd. and East Valley Rd. stuck in snow perpendicular to the road. While being asked questions by police, Jensen was falling down and had trouble formulating sentences. Jensen then related to the officer that she had taken Percocet 3 hrs prior. She also told officers that she is prescribed Xanax and Ritalin. Police did a field test, and Jensen tested positive for opiates. Arrested for a DUI. Blood later taken and tested positive for opiates, Xanax, Percocet, and Ritalin.

1.     Driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance

2.     Driving on roadways laned for traffic

3.     Stop signs or yield signs

4.     Driving vehicle at a safe speed

5.     Careless driving

 


Name: Daniel Ray Richardson

Location of incident: Lower Saucon Township

Summary: On Feb. 1 Lower Saucon Township police say they were dispatched to Keystone Automotive, 3658 Rt. 378, "for a potential problem with an employee carrying a concealed firearm while at work." Daniel Ray Richardson, 28, of 5547 Camp Meeting Road, Center Valley, was subsequently terminated for his actions and failure to comply with company rules, police said. Richardson has been charged with three counts of carrying a firearm concealed without a license.

Name: Ramon Joseph Passaro

Location of incident: Lower Saucon Township

Summary: On Feb. 6 at 3:17am Lower Saucon police were dispatched to Rt. 378 and Seidersville Road after receiving a report of a disabled vehicle. Police say the driver of the vehicle, Ramon Joseph Passaro, 25, of 408 E. Landis St., Coopersburg, indicated he had struck something and blown out a passenger side tire. Officers subsequently determined that Passaro had been drinking. Passaro failed field sobriety tests and was taken to the Bethlehem DUI Center for a blood test, which indicated a blood alcohol concentration of .16 percent, according to police. Passaro has been charged with DUI, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. A 16-year-old juvenile passenger in his vehicle was also cited for underage drinking, police said.
