Summary: According to the criminal complaint, police stopped at the scene of a "non-reportable" accident April 5. Police asked the parties involved for their license and registration. The driver of one vehicle (later identified as Pashkowich) provided the registration and insurance, but stated she didn’t have her license available. When asked to provide her information, Pashkowich gave the name, age and address of another individual. Police ran the information of the other individual, found that person’s license was suspended, and issued a citation to Pashkowich.
On April 22, police received a phone call from the individual Pashkowich allegedly impersonated, stating she was not driving the day of the accident. Police pulled up the image of the suspended driver’s license, and “discovered through her photo that she was not present at the scene of the accident on April 5." The woman provided Pashkowich as a possible suspect. Police pulled Pashkowich’s driver's license and identified her as the woman at the scene of the accident, and issued a summons.
Charge:
1. False reports to law enforcement authorities
2. Driver required to be licensed
3. False reports
