Woman Under Arrest Escapes from Wheelchair: Police
Ariel K. Eisenhauer, 22, of Mountain Laurel Drive, Upper Saucon Township, allegedly feigned feeling faint and escaped from a wheelchair while she was in the custody of Lehigh County probation officers.
An Upper Saucon Township woman who was in the custody of Lehigh County probation officers feigned an illness and was able to briefly escape from custody after she was placed in a wheelchair at Sacred Heart Hospital in Allentown, according to an article published by The Morning Call.
According to the article, Ariel K. Eisenhauer, 22, of Mountain Laurel Drive, was committed to Lehigh County Prison in lieu of $20,000 bail after she was recaptured near the hospital Thursday.
