Write-Ins to the Rescue in Coopersburg

Coopersburg finished the May primary with a problem: It had more open seats than it had candidates to fill them. Now, it appears three write-in candidates have won places on the ballot.

State police say a New York man's nervous behavior during a traffic stop last month led them to 45 fake credit cards and gift cards. Lislet Eugene, 28, of Far Rockaway, is charged with access device fraud.

Lower Milford Plans Summer Road Work

Two New Jersey men are facing drug charges following a traffic stop early Tuesday on Interstate 78 in Upper Saucon. State police say Robert Clair and Maurice Garlington, both 29 and from Teaneck, had cocaine and marijuana hidden in their trunk.
