A federal judge ruled construction can resume on a massive wind farm project off the coast of Rhode Island, News 12 reported.

The project was about 80% when Matthew Giacona, the acting director of the Bureau of Ocean Energy Management, sent a letter to the head of Orsted, the company constructing the wind farm, to "halt all ongoing activities related to the Revolution Wind Project on the outer continental shelf" due to vague concerns.

Judge Royce Lamberth reversed that action Monday, citing " “irreparable harm” suffered by Orsted from construction being halted, according to News 12.
"In a harsh rebuke, Lamberth called the stop-work order the 'height of arbitrary and capricious actions,' News 12 reported. "He said that project had already been studied in a 'multi-year, multi-agency review' that should satisfy the Department of the Interior."
