MA Fugitive Apprehended In Rhode Island: Cops
The Fall River man was arrested by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit
A wanted Massachusetts man was apprehended, police said.
Felix Cortes, 38, was arrested Thursday by the Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit, the state police said in a media release.
Cortes, a Fall River resident, was wanted on charges of possession of fentanyl with the intent to deliver and fugitive from justice, and a Massachusetts Parole Board warrant charging him with breaking and entering with the intent to commit a felony, according to the release.

"Mr. Cortes was taken into custody without incident, processed at the Lincoln Barracks, and transported to the Adult Correctional Institutions pending a morning arraignment in Third District Court," the release said.
