Rhode Island Investigators Nab Fugitives From NJ And NH: Cops
The Rhode Island State Police Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit apprehended the two fugitives, police said.
Rhode Island State Police investigators apprehended fugitives from New Jersey and New Hampshire on Wednesday, police said.
The Adult Correctional Institutions Investigations Unit arrested Emanuel Castro, 33, of Camden, New Jersey, and Ronald Cooper, 28, of Derry, New Hampshire, the state police said in a media release.
Castro and Cooper were "arraigned in Third Division District Court" and "remanded to the custody of the Sheriffs Department pending" their returns to New Jersey and New Hampshire, respectively, according to the release.
