Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit Nabs MA Man: Cops
The Swansea resident was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer in execution of duty and resisting arrest, police said.
The Rhode Island State Police Gaming Enforcement Unit arrested a Massachusetts man Wednesday, police said.
James Zitano, 48, was charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing an officer in execution of duty and resisting arrest, the state police said in a media release.
"Mr. Zitano was taken into custody, transported to the Lincoln Barracks for processing and issued a summons to appear in Third Division District Court," the release said.

The state police release failed to provide a location for where they claim Zitano committed the offenses. State police Lt. Col. Robert Creamer and the state police legal office failed to respond when asked for the location of the alleged offenses.
