The Rhode Island State Police are investigating the death of a Capitol Police recruit, according to reports.
Rhode Island State Police Lieutenant Col. Robert Creamer, WJAR reported.
"Their cause of death is under investigation," per WJAR.

Creamer would not release the identity of the recruit, according to WPRI.
“We are saddened to report that a Capitol Police officer recruit has passed away,” Creamer said in the WPRI story. “At this time, the recruit’s identity is not being released.”
