The weekend in Rhode Island may turn rainy.

Showers and patchy fog are likely Saturday night, according to the National Weather Service.

The rain is expected to continue through Sunday and Sunday night, the National Weather Service forecast said, with the sun coming out again Monday morning.

Saturday's high temperature should be around 79 degrees with a low of 61 Saturday night.

Sunday's high will. be about 72 degrees with a low of 53 Sunday night.
