Bristol Police Raid 2 Noisy House Parties, 13 Arrested

All of the persons arrested face charges of underage possession of alcohol or furnishing alcohol for minors.

Bristol police charged 13 young adults with liquor law violations after raiding two house parties last Saturday night, Oct. 5.

The parties were taking place at 96 Franklin St. and 25 Viking Drive. All of the charges are for either underage possession and consumption of alcohol or furnishing of alcohol to underage persons.

Police raided both parties around midnight.

Arrested at the Franklin Street houses:

  • John Taboata, 20, of Courtland Manor, NY, for underage possession of alcohol.
  • David C. Martinez, 21, of Mattituck, NY, for furnishing or procuring alcohol for underage persons.
  • Joseph P. Valbona, 20, of Bedford, Mass., underage possession of alcohol.
  • Dean M. Piterski, 19, of River Vale, NJ, underage possession of alcohol.
  • Christpher J. Glynn, 20, furnishing or procuring alcohol for underage persons and violation of the noise ordinance.
  • Thomas Connelly, 20, of Dedham, Mass., furnishing or procuring alcohol for underage persons and violation of the noise ordinance.
  • Philip J. Yashinowsky, 20, of Montauk, NY, furnishing or procuring alcohol for underage persons and violation of the noise ordinance.
  • Sean Redfearn, 19, underage possession of alcohol.

  • Tobey H. Britton, 21, of Scituate, Mass., for furnishing or procuring alcohol for underage persons.
  • Lucas S. Audrey, 21, of Norwalk, Conn., for furnishing or procuring alcohol for underage persons.
  • Arda Kocturk, 18, of Fairfield, Conn., underage possession of alcohol.
  • Patrick F. Holland, 21, of Wilton, Conn, for furnishing or procuring alcohol for underage persons.
