Historic Stone House Inn Still on the Market

Little Compton’s historic Stone House Inn is still on the market.

The property was first listed for sale in March. It went into foreclosure and is now listed for $5.5 million.

The building, which was built in 1854, was converted to an inn in the 1920s. Its basement tap was a speakeasy during Prohibition. It’s listed on the National Register of Historic Places.

The Sakonnet Point Road home has 14 rooms and has been a popular spot for weddings.
