Robert Cordeiro, 62, Oil Dispatcher, Driver for 40 Years
His calling hours are Friday from the George Lima Funeral Home in Bristol.
Robert Cordeiro, of Lincoln Avenue, Bristol, passed away on Oct. 4, 2013. He was 62.
He was the husband of Phyllis (O'Neill) Cordeiro. Born in Fall River, he was the son of the late Arthur and Mary (Paiva)Cordeiro.
He was the brother of Arthur Cordeiro Jr; the uncle of Mark Cordeiro and Jennifer Baumgartner and the great uncle of Cole Cordeiro, Deacon Cordeiro, Travis Cordeiro, Jacob Keller and Evan Baumgartner.
Cordeioro was a graduate of Bristol High School and an Army veteran from the Vietnam era. He worked for Sunshine Oil for 40 years as a driver and later a dispatcher.
His funeral services will be held on Saturday, Oct. 12, a 9 am from the George Lima Funeral Home 367 High St., Bristol, with a Mass of Christian Burial with military honors at 10 am at St. Mary's Church, 330 Wood St. Burial will be private.
Calling hours are Friday, Oct. 11, from 4 – 8 pm.
