SOLD: 3 Homes Change Hands in Bristol, Warren

Three warranty deeds for properties that changed hands were recorded in the Bristol and Warren Town Halls last week, Oct. 20-26.

The homes ranged in price from a low of $285,000 to a high of $347,500.

• 6 Long Lane from Ronald Silva and Donna Silva to Alan Conte and Renee Conti for $285,000
• 1 Kenyon Lane from The Elliott Family Trust to Robyn A. Daniel and Keith Daniel for $323,000
