Four warranty deeds were recorded in the Bristol Town Hall last week; none in Warren.

Four warrantyĀ deeds were recorded in the Bristol Town Hall last week, Dec. 29 to Jan. 4,Ā for homes that changed hands. No warranty deeds were recorded in Warren.

The homes ranged in price from a high of $420,000 to a low of $265,000.
